Superficialism
I am just the same as you!
With a few minor details....
You drive a BMW, and I push a cart.
Your parents paid for your college, and me a welfare recipient.
You had steak for dinner, and I have not eaten at all.
You have perfect health, while I can't afford a doctor.
You are looked upon with admiration, and I can't find any respect.
You are the life of the party, while I am gazing in through the window.
You have a loving and supportive group of friends and family, while I am a network of one.
Every Saturday you have a tee time at the Country Club, and every Saturday at noon I eat at the mission.
You have hopes, dreams and desires, and so do I.
So, when you are out drinking with friends in the city, and you go into the alley to piss. Don't shower my home with urine, because I have emotions too.
Kentucky Mike
