broken hearts

Lifeless crispy brown
tossed to and from ,by the wind
Useless yet you make a loud rustle when i step on you
diconnected from your stem ,your roots and your branches
Denied water ,food and air

Dried leaves you seem to multiply daily
turning brown ,the green grass
eventually buried lost never regained

I agree with pitbull...you can revisit this one, as with many of your pieces, but this in particular is so literally to the point...I feel a wealth of people will most likely miss the meaning.
