Dream Day

I got stuck in a Dream Day
Where what everyone told me was exactly the same
But they all said it in different ways
So it all sounded so very strange.

No one walked in my Dream Day
They all talked and skipped and hopped.
Every car was solar powered
and we could go a milion miles every half an hour.

It all went so fast
I knew it couldn't last
It was too dang perfect
I knew it was gonna get screwed up.

I said that in my Dream Day
And they all stared and bursted into laughter
and someone said,
"I think it's time to wake up."

People are always trying to crush our dreams aren't they.lol I wish solar cars would go fast, then we would all do away with oil.
