Recall

“Raaaaallllllpppphh...”

Over the sound of the CNN anchorman, Janyce heard Johnny giving up his PB and J sandwich into a trashcan.

“Gee, can you keep it down? There’s something on television about a tainted peanut butter recall. If we have this number on the lid, we can take it back and get credit at the store.”

Janyce hurried to the kitchen to read the numbers on the peanut butter lid. They matched the numbers mentioned on the news.

“Where is the jar?”

“I finished it off.”

She grabbed the keys, the lid, the trashcan and hurried off to Wal-mart.

It took a few days for the bacteria to multiply to the point that he became ill. My husband can finish off a small jar of peanut butter pretty fast with just a spoon. He even throws the jar away without scraping it clean. She had to have proof-that's why she took his friend Ralph (in the can) to the store with her.
