Re: Missed Call - Wee Challenge#35
New Message
I don’t suppose it occurred to you I might not be happy about what you proposed to do? Wasn’t there some way of letting me know before you did this thing? I would have tried to save you. How could you mean so little to yourself, when you meant so much to me? I would have given my life for you, rather than you ending yours. The world is a sadder place without you in it. Now my life means nothing to me. I am coming to find you.

Oh! How clever of you, Grae, but how sad. This is a very creative take.
‘I would have tried to save you’ I suppose is why he wasn’t told.
‘How can you mean so little to yourself when you mean so much to me?’ This is THE question.
JMO but, ‘The world is a sadder place without you in it.’ Sounds not commensurate with the level of grief/loss, something an acquaintance might say.
Thanks for the write, well done |

what an imaginative take on the challenge, grae.
you could have done it in 'text speak', but that would have detracted fro the subject matter,
great job |

| Match.com gone horribly wrong. Such an excellent use of 100 words. |

| "Fatal Attraction"? or "Play Misty for me"? Nice take on the theme! |

| Ah, shades of Romeo and Juliet. Good work, Graeme! Still snickering over you spraying Louise with WD40 to knock the rust off her. |
