On The Day You Were Born

The sun shone a little brighter,
The sky was a little bluer,
The grass seemed a little greener,
The flowers grew a little taller,
The moon was a little fuller,
The stars twinkled a little faster,

And my heart filled with love.

As I watched you grow,
so did my love for you.
That little bundle of joy has grown,
and is now heading off to high school.

May the year a head be as full of joy for you,
as you fill my life with joy every day.

Love Always
Auntie Pam
