blue roses

if i were you
i would not turn left,
shodows are beckoning
maybe its death

you have lost your beauty
maybe its still there
maybe i've failed to see
your awkward flair

so long unknown,
no matter how untrue
never you say
that roses can't be blue

It's nice, I don't quite understand "I would not turn left" but that's okay. It seems like a sad poem but I really didn't feel that when I read it. All in all it's good.
