untitled

I subtly turn through the pages of my anger
Chronicled danger.
Can’t begin to explain
The anguish
The torment
The depths of my pain

My aloneness swallows me whole
Shall I succumb to the empty depths of my soul?

Or try my hardest to fight the incredible
inevitable
The realization that the hope of prince charming is nothing more than illusion
An intrusion
Upon my pathetic soul, as it feebly watches time float by
But I’ve ways to cope
And discovered that life isn’t as lonely when you’re high.

I found it much the same as Fred... The beginning flows so well, though the ending seems to be rushed and closes abruptly. This could do with more. I'll check back on it later. Maybe you will think of a title for it by then. :)

This only tells half the story. Good beginning but it would really be marvelous if you could illuminate what getting high is
like. Describe how it isn't that lonely. Do it with imagination and intensity. I don't think you're finished with this one yet.
