Glad I got here after the others who explained "Naked Lunch" or I wouldn't have understood it as well, but would have still loved it. Good work, Phil!

Good one Phillip. Ah, Naked Lunch...by coincidence I have been trying to get my wife to read that novel for some time now. Thanks for the poem!

Phill, can I have a glass of chilled blackberry merlot with this? Or is it best served with zin?

Sounds like my writing class---dice into sections, arrange neatly, then devour. Thanks for the smile.

Even better now I know the background (though I do feel that a poem that needs to be researched might be a little too much work for some people - like using too many classical references which people might not be familiar with - that said, this is still a great concept poem and I enjoyed it a lot :D)
