Losing Battle

This constant battle I wage
Forever tormented with my own failure
Day in and day out.
Plastic, Paper, Screen and Voice alike
There only to remind me of the unfortunate fate
I have fallen into.
I can not escape the knowledge of this defeat.
Though I repeat it daily,
Monthly,
Yearly.
I never seem to get a step further.
The cells of my own body
Fighting against me.
Massing a force that I can not match.
Damn the size six's
Their victory taunts me more then ever.

Good poem - I'm sure many people can relate and would find comfort in your words.

A couple of tiny edits: title - Losing?
"Thought I can repeat it daily" - though?

Sensitive, honest and always timely.
Thanks!
