Concerto for Human and Monster

In the cavern,
Lies a dragon,
Her eyes like the sun.

Ascend her throne,
Your skull and bones,
Find mate upon the floor.

Awake is she,
No light to see,
Chains that bind her wings.

Walk softly - she may sleep once more.

I like this apart from the comma at the end of line 1 which breaks up the flow.

It is well constructed and I enjoyed the theme. The comma at the end of line 8 is unnecessary also.

It's good!

Has that wistful fairy tale feel to it. Enjoyed it for encapsulating the age-old tale in so few lines. Really enjoyed the flow of the first stanza, especially, and the image of the second, the veiled threat to it. Well done.

happy writings.
