Mabye I'm not good enough now.
Maybe I
stepped on a few peoples toes
on my way up
here.
Maybe
Jesus Christ
is the only thing that kept me from
becoming the stereotypical emo,
the only thing that has kept me alive.
Maybe
I can shine brighter than anyone,
and still stay alive.
Maybe good guys
do come out ahead.
Mabye
everyone
should back the fuck off and let me shine.
