not much change

I rose this morning like jesus Christ
Still amazing, after years, this cross still fits
Still strange enough the shoes still fit
In the corner by the bed, the shadows still sit
In the last place you chose to drift

Rub sleep from my eyes like the baker fast
Try and try and try to make it till the crash
The ants move so …….

That they carried you
I cant blame you for the role you play
I cant blame you for the desperate escape

So im driven back down like the deviled swine
Not much changed
