My Fair Queene

For how thou art the first in my poor heart
thou art upon a throne from which to rule
knowest thou art the queene of this poor fool
knowest too thou hath been there from the start
though that knowest I not how to do my part
it is that how that fate must be so cruel
and of how that the three of them so duel
that I doth live a life that is so tart

So now the crown is thine for thee to take
hath I shewed thee how thy kingdom awaits
one that hath heard so oft' of all thy fame
one that for thee all else did it forsake
and though that I knowest not where at this rates
thou seest thine realm is there for thee to claim
