Royally We Die.

You died
and left this huge hole
in the world.
We want to pull you back from that
other world
but we can't
and shouldn't wish for such things.

But we are selfish,
and only care for ourselves.
We want to be happy,
even if you have to suffer,

we
want to have you to ourselves
until we die.

This piece speaks volumes about something that has been on my mind for a very long time. Yes, selfish but I want my Granny back. You did an amazing job with your feelings. Thanks B

I like how this is both simple, to the point, and profound all at the same time. --Robert

i like the turn in this. too many times you hear about how you have to be selfless in love but personally i'm not a big enough person to be selfless in something as important as the life of the one I love. There's always that hope you know?

good job
