Keen hero, church of the universe
Strength is an illusion
Warring against the improbable
Sighing behind the thick walls of hope
An electron, frenetically bound
To the motions of an orbit
Soulless, empty of innocence
Dispenses the energy of impuissance
Of the ineluctable
Eroded by this devotion
Restless, at an irreducible distance
From the source of my purpose
My only rebellion is to refuse
My alienated nature
We repel one another
And our sun charges us with
A journey of eternity
An eternity of denial,
Unfree, irretrievable
Subservient
My love I will not serve
My love I will not honor
I flee the mark
That has branded me alive
That has lifted me from my weary knees
Remembrance, my love I will not
I will not retrieve my integrity
From your grasp
Faith, my love I will not
I will not be whole
Humility, my love I will
Seize freedom by the tail
My love I will forgo clarity
From incessancy, freefall
From a p2 orbit, a parabola
Mockery, my love
One cannot catch
A probability
