The Red Alert

Why is not a question,
it's the first word to and answer
because
whenever I ask
"Why can't I have my chance at fame?"

I
never
get an answer.

This is ridiculous.

I want a purpose.
I want to save the lost.
I want to comfort the ones that hurt.
I want to change people.
I want to change society.
I want to change the music scene.
I want to change the way people see others.

I just want change.

All that sounds great, sure...

But I'll
never
have my chance
because
I'm
not
good enough.

I recall feeling the same way a few decades ago and maybe in my own way a little at a time I made some changes. If you want to have an impact on others become a teacher. After all, Christ was a teacher.

this poem was good, but i just hope you don't believe that, because you know anyone is good enough as long as they believe and you know, belief is a strong thing...
