THAT ULTIMATE LIFE

Pain is as sure as death

and

Death is as sure as pain

Like the sun is sure to shine

Yet I find myself walking, lying, and kneeling questioning my life

Feeling pain and fearing death

Never ready to feel nothing

Never ready to wish to feel pain

Looking forward gives a joyeous yet numbing feeling

For in time my clock will stop

Tic... Tic... No Toc

For pain is as sure as death

and

Death is as sure as pain

Joy is as sure as life

and

Life is as sure as joy

F or when pain's not present

Joy is lurking or maybe presenting itself to your inner self

Quenching thirsty hearts and finding isolated minds

Joy is ready to lift those dark clouds... plus move them out the way

Giving what it gives to the soul... LIFE!

For life is as sure as joy

Kind of like knowing a baby will be either a girl or a boy

Life assures that there's enough time to take the next step

That step that leads to death which stops the pain of this life

The step that leads to the Ultimate joy
That Ultimate Life!
