Hidden within a fantasy
Through the plains of time
Held captive in a dream
Dwells this love of mine

Far beneath the earth
Across a sea of grass
In another world
Where time does not pass

He captivates my soul
As his music sings
And pulls at my heart
With the love that it brings

He takes me with him
As we fly across the sky
Throughout his world
Where he must abide

So sweetly are his words
A rose soft touch
And his wings whisper
“I love you so much”

His eyes the bluest blue
His hair dark as night
Though I am not like him
I do believe that this is right

Held a willing prisoner
In a world that is unknown
Until the daylight breaks
And the sun is shown

So I spend my days
Wishing I could be
Forever lost with him
In his world
In a dream
