Truth Revealed
Sometimes when I’m alone, I sit down and think.
I think about this world and all its beings.
These ruthless beings who show no mercy.
Back stabbers, poison givers, all in this count.
Let’s start over shall we? My words are beginning to slip.
I will tell you a story, show you your days clip.
You wake up in the morning saying, ‘what a beautiful day!’
Have your little breakfast and go out to play.
To play with your life, to begin your work,
You meet your colleagues or so called friends,
Who love you on your face and hate you on your back.
Then you meet your boss who acts like your mother,
Instead who plans to suck your blood.
You start now and someone asks you for help,
You look at them and concentrate more on their want.
Thinking only that they might be very needy.
They on the other hand take you for a maid,
A maid they don’t pay and one who wears a tie.
You’re done with their work now and left yours unfinished,
But you can do it later, you’ve got time.
So you slip back home, tired and hungry,
Shout at your mother for a bad meal,
Steal some of dad’s money for fuel
And some more just to feed that girl friend,
Who only plans to rob you of your wealth.
So after breaking your brother’s nose and ruining everyone’s mood,
You go back to sleep to start all over again.
Now that was it, wasn’t it true?
That’s what you do no matter what you say.
We people these days really have lost it,
For we love who hate us and hate who love us.
So there you go the truth revealed,
Before sleeping tonight don’t repeat it please.
