The moon has set

Take me for a walk where dreams dared to go.
Give me all the freedom that handcuffs devour.
Send me to the moon that bring light to the night.
I need more time to fulfill all the dreams reality killed.
Let me close my eyes for my tears itch to go.

I need a breastplate for my mind for my fears need to be faced.
I need a helmet for my ego for my insecurities need to be embraced.
Take me where my thought seeked to venture.
Take me where to sea rests, lay me on that bed.
Lay me in silence and let me rest my head.

Take me where the moon sets.
Take me where I will forget all my regrets.
