Tears

Tears
-Sambidhan Acharya

It's the charisma of nature given to us,
One dropping from one eye
Another dropping from the other.
Might be any situation which comes by
It falls like a rain droplets
This is the thing common for all
Tear is its name.

It falls in sorrow or in happiness
It can fall in grief and falls in cheer
It falls in success, in depression too
It will fall in remembrance
Of someone who is no more
And finally it falls in defeat.

Tears are the third fact after life and death.
It is not artificial because it comes naturally,
So why not shed them
In all occasions
Be it in happiness or in fear?

Now, today itâ¿¿s coming in my eyes too,
Because my exam result is fair,
Then, why do we not shed it
Thinking others are looking at us,
Be fair in it for itâ¿¿s nature
And shed it in all expressions
because itâ¿¿s only tears.

Sambidhan,
I wanted to offer you some help as I see a great writer in you but your translation is a little off. Without changing what you said in this piece I've edited the English for you. You can delete it if you want but I wanted to help you and not just point out the mistakes:

I think some of the struggle in reading this...is simply translation related. Looking beyond the language adaptation...I see a beautiful poem..and well written. Wonderful job. - Leah

Nice topic and there are some nice words written here. However, it is a bit rough in parts and hard to follow. maybe some adjusting to the format and choice of words. This is only my opinion
