In the second,fourth, tenth and eleventh lines, did you mean "you're" instead of "your?" In the 5th line, did you mean to say "we've" instead of "we"? A couple of very minor technical changes would help the flow of this. The emotion you convey in this piece is beautiful. A wonderful sentiment in a tough and yet very loving moment.
