How is it possible that creative activity could be threatening to anyone? I'm not blind to the atrocities perpetrated at the hands of McCarthy in the 1950's, but is it actually a current reality that some individuals now surf the internet in an attempt to uncover intimate poetry or personal prose for the purpose of undermining writers with who the surfer has some completely alternate beef?
Seriously, who are these people who will spend time looking for a person's online writing with the sole purpose of quoting some creative lines "out of context" in the hope of slandering the writer's character?
That is why I have been gone for a while, but I have decided that being absent looks like guilt. F that. Societal constraints can be a bitch but no real artist responds to societal constraints other than to buck them.
My bad.
