Aged 50 I live in the county of Rutland in the United Kingdom. I'm divorced with two children of 12 and 17. I live with my partner (she's a theatre nurse) in a quaint, old thatched cottage in the countryside from which I sally forth daily in my real job in foreign exchange.
Mainly interested in comedy and humour, I like to concentrate upon the absurd things in life. I've written sketches and scripts for full-length films, documentary and sitcoms. These are still awaiting discovery by some big (or not so big) named producer.
The ultimate accolade I've achieved is a rejection letter penned to me by the Head of Comedy at the BBC! Pathetically grateful for a simple kind word, as many of us undiscovered, tortured souls are, this features large in my CV.
