I was born in the city of Savannah, Georgia to two loving parents. At the time, they had an older daughter, my sister, who was ten. We never truly got along until she was gone and married. In fifth grade, when I had my first creative writing experience, I learned to love writing. In eigth grade I entered a writing contest, and apparently it shocked my teacher that a student could write like that. She asked me if I stole the story, and I told her "No, I wrote that." And I did. I went on to win first place for my county and third place for my state. I was also first place that same year for the school district in the Bulloch County Write-Off. I've written one book, and that was in eigth grade, but it is being revised and re-written. I am also working on a biography and another fiction book as well. I am currently a part-time High School and College Student, and I am engaged to the love of my life. I also love to sing, and was part of the 2006 Georgia State University Honor Chorus. I also write poems and songs. So, I hope you enjoy my work!
