Writing short stories, poems and novels in the horror, dark and light fantasy is my primary interest. Secondary would have to be computer gaming and computer game writing. Up until just a short while ago, it was the other way around, and while I enjoyed writing about computer games (and even made a little money and good friends and contacts), I never felt like I was really getting anywhere career wise. That all changed once I got in contact with David Montoya at Magus Press. He read some of my short horror/fantasy stuff and genuinely made me feel like I could actually make a go of writing in those genres. I love being a creative person and seeing ideas come together in a cohesive story, so here I am writing my first full-length novel. I expect to have it done in time for my birthday in May. I'm making that goal my numero uno priority. I want to write sci-fi goodies sometime down the road as well, but right now I'm in a different state of mind. ;-) I find every medium of horror, fantasy, sci-fi and their many "sub-divisions" to be utterly fascinating as well as essential to self-and group-expression. This includes music, novels, short stories, flash, comics, movies, manipulated photography (not sure of the technical term for that) TV (the uncensored, non-mushy stuff, of course), paintings (I won't use the term "art" because "art" is in everything to some degree.), poetry, clothing, costumery, toys and anything else I may have missed. I want to absorb all of these things and feed off of the incredible inspiration they all produce.
