My stories almost all focus on something taboo, often times involving sexual or violent themes. So, it's not fun for the whole family, read as your morals allow.
I can write about normal stuff (honest to God, I swear I can.) but I am very tempted by the idea of writing about scandalous themes.
Incest, homosexuality, depravity, obsession, defunct relationships and all that good stuff.
I'm really self-conscious about my writing. I always think it's too pretentious, or typical, or lame. I would really enjoy some constructive criticism on how to make my writing not suck! I'm fairly ace in terms of grammar, although I do make the occasional stupid mistake.
I just feel like every word and phrase I write is a cliche, and I came to this site to meet other writers who can give me some ideas on writing outside the box.
Come be my friend on myspace and lj!
