I have lived in Chattanooga all my life. Originally an art major in college, I switched to Secondary English Education and taught high school for a year. I currently work as a supervisor at the Tennessee Aquarium Imax Theater while attempting to launch a freelance writing career. I am a contributing writer for the Chattanooga Pulse, a local news weekly, as a music critic. I have also been published on the pop culture website PopMatters.
