I was born in Sydney, Australia but I am currently living in Fontainebleau a small, quaint town in France just 1hour & 30 mins south of Paris. I am in France on a scholarship I won back in Cairns in 2004 with the Qld Overseas Foundation based in Brisbane. I was Qld Apprentice of the Year in 2005 after I completed my apprentiship as a chef in 2004.
