Cindy Kelly is a 29 year old poet, writer, and painter who lives in Amsterdam, Ohio with her himalayan cat, Ursala Miner. She is currently studying English and Writing at Kent State University. She is the editor of Plain Spoke, a quarterly literary journal.
In 2007, her poetry and short fiction has appeared in Arabesques, Steel City Review, Panamowa, Diddledog, and Brink Lit Magazine among other publications.
