I have poems, short stories, essays, plays, etc. in over a hundred literary journals, including Margie, Clackamas, Nimrod, Story South, Natural Bridge, the Patomoc Review, The Arkansas Review, The Cimarron Review, Opium and Eyeshot. His poem "Roaches" won the Blue Collar Review Working People's Poetry Contest in 2004. His poem "The Old Ways" has been anthologized by Bottom Dog Press's Anthology of Family Poems. His poem "An Old War" will be anthologized in "Rough Places Plain:Poems of the Mountains." He is an editor for Ghoti Magazine.
