You'd think with my background that I might be joining this group so I could get a captive audience to listen to me whine. I'm just interested in whether or not I can describe something well enough with words to give the reader the same vision or emotion I was imagining while I wrote it.
Most of my work is fiction, but I occasionally throw in a true story. Telling secrets out loud takes their power away and keeps me out of therapy.
