Born and brought up in Tripura State of India and with a master degree from University of Calcutta , initially I worked in educational institutions . Later I joined the civil services. After taking voluntary retirement from IAS ,a few years back ,I used to pass my time on creative writing .My interests remain mainly on rural crime fiction , students GK book and the like . Till date three books have been published , a couple under print. During my teaching prefession days text books on primary classes were also published .
I am currently residing at 19, M O lane , DumDum , Kolkata -74, India
