I am a 46 yr old heterosexual man who has dicovered my love of poetry in the past 6-7 yrs
And i seek to find recognition in the field of poetry someday and hopefully even get paid for some of my blood sweat and tears ! The blood from my pen,the sweat from my brow and the tears that i cry ! {mostly tears} LOL
Yes i wear my heart on my sleeves....think of it as my "bling" people !
Having mostly focused on the thing i know best which is "broken hearted love" "broken" am I !
I have lately been trying my hand at sea tales and pirate poems......ARGH ! LOL
I have written well in the excess of 100+ poems and actually kept about 80-90 of them as good ones for reading !
I am seeking some helpful input on how to go about publishing my writing and selling it in a couple of books?
I have several editors choice awards and i have won them through various places like the american poet society and the international society of poets with recognition with the british poet fellows and others as well
{not to toot my own horn though !}
