I am a student - quite young, really - and not very experienced, but I have been writing and reading all my life. I want to perfect my art - and I've been on the hunt for a good writers' community where I can learn to do that. I suppose all this is quite mundane, so I'll proceed and tell you a little bit about myself.
I'm pretty cross-cultural - I've been moving back and forth between India and the US all my life and though I haven't picked up many languages - I only know how to speak English fluently - I can identify with different cultures, or so I like to think, and I can provide a perspective that is perhaps more diverse than some.
I am me, and I am proud to be me. I am young, but I am proud of the power of youth that's been consistent through the generations. I'm eager to create a change in this world, however naive that sounds.
Ultimately, writing is my passion. It's my only REAL passion - I could not live without it - and I like to think that through art and writing, all the emotions can be portrayed in such a way that the impact lasts forever. Art is eternal.
