I am 32 years old, I have been married for nine years and I have three beautiful children. I was raised most of my life in Alaska, but was not born there. I am an E-7 in the United States Coast Guard and I am an electrician by trade. Right now I am serving a tour in Boston, but am due to transferr this coming summer. I love to write, though I haven't done it in a while. I also love to woodburn and play guitar - though I haven't played in a long time either.
I am not much of a writer, but I try and enjoy doing it. Most of what I have written about are kind of like journal entries for me. And I am here to meet other people who enjoy writing, make some friends, and get the chance to read some great poems and stories and get some feed back on my own stuff.
