I am 17 years old and have been writing short stories since I was 6. It wasn't until this past summer that I started writing poetry and I find it helps me get things off of my mind. I live in Minnesota and I'm a sophomore in high school. I know, a teenager, but I'm not your average teenage girl. Growing up, my parents did foster care, with that I have been exposed to more than most of you will ever know. Get to know me, read my material and maybe, you'll find out what actually goes on in my mind. I sure as hell don't.
