A writer at heart, I'm striving to work toward a career in the written word. Hopefully not that of journalism, however, as I find non-fiction to be stifling. I've written one novel (yet to be published, sadly) and I specialize in poetry.
I've been told that I "just am" when it comes to writing; that being a supposed compliment. I've been called a grammar Nazi on several occasions, and I adore the written word.
