I was born and raised in Corinth, MS. Now living in Carbondale, IL for my husband to work on his Ph.D. I have two children: Grace (age 7) and Noah (age 6). I am currently working on my M.F.A. from the University of New Orleans with an emphasis in Creative Nonfiction.
