I read this book recently, and I had to take a little time to digest it fully afterwards. This book was well written. At times I found myself fully immersed in her life! Actually, I found myself both mesmerized by her life, and brought back to my childhood. I felt like a part of the family. Debra is a REALLY good writer. I found myself sad when I finished this book.
