Okay, so I've been away for yonks, not uploaded or commented for months and months and months now, and here I come, cap in hand, looking for help :)
BUT, I'm still homeless in France and taking advantage of our current digs' access to broadband to just try and string a few words together mainly to see if I still can.....
......and Okay, I probably CAN'T, but I really will appreciate all comments, however harsh or scathing.
The good news is we've had an offer accepted on an old farm in Lot, so by February 2008 I HOPE I will be in my own home again and in a somewhat more regular lifestyle. Of course, how long it might take to get broadband out in the wilds of the Lot valley is altogether another question.

20/11/2007 | Thanks for the good wishes. In spite of all the ups and downs, mood swings, inconveniences, we still think we've made the right decision.
Not looking forward to our first Christmas WITHOUT a Christmas tree......but trying to focus on next summer, by which time we should have returned to some sort of more regular lifestyle - we HOPE. |
