I am a half-blood Diegueno American. I joined the military to escape the poverty of the reservation. I spent two tours in Vietnam. I raced bicycles in Europe. I started competing in triathlons in 1982, finally finding a niche in Marathons. I attended several Universities and colleges. I have worked in Semiconductor Industry both domestically and internationally.
I have been published in several journals and magazines.
