I am a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I received my MA in expressive art therapy from Lesley Univ. in Cambridge, my BA in transformative learning from the California Institute of Integral Studies in SF and studied musical theatre at Circle in the Square in NYC.
I'm a writer, spoken word poet, health counselor, expressive art therapist, teaching artist, artist, activist and a self-made woman.
I believe we have to speak out, dissect, express ... stand up for ourselves ... one another ... Words are my way of doing that ...
