I was born to Dutch immigrants in 1974 and started showing a proficiency in writing and English as early as second grade but I didn't start seriously writing until high school. After serving in the Navy for five years on the aircraft carrier USS NIMITZ and a few study at home writing courses, I finally published my first novel "The Hydra Chronicles: Discovery Earth" in 2006 through PublishAmerica.
