I was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee and currently reside in Rochester, New York. I have always been intrigued by the expression of words. My interest in writing began at the age of 9 where I learned to channel my creative thought in ink form. Life experience in all its forms have been my stepping stones to pursue my passion, which is poetry. My love of the “written word” holds the key to my ability to write inspirational pieces that I believe give people hope and faith when their world becomes bleak. I have 2 beautiful children that give further fuel for my work as I walk out my life in this realm.
