I have a book published called "Paper dolls and Toy Soldiers". I have had a very troubled life and in my demise wrote poetry as a way to vent and express myself. Much of it is dark,harsh or simply taboo but I strongly think these are the issues society needs to address rather than ignore. I have a second compilation I am organizing to submit for publication.
It has a few things to be polished up but it is my masterpiece of nakedness. I expose and address defeat, fear, shame and struggles in order to help and equip others with the hope I found at the end of those experiences. For I am proof that there is hope and that people can change even when it seems to be a futile effort. It is only a personal choice. We far to often give up when all we need to do is look up and then within.....
