I started writing when I was about eight, and later auditioned for the middle school of the arts for creative writing.
Currently I'm a senior at Douglas Anderson School of the Arts, majoring in Creative Writing. I have self-published two books of poetry and am debating further volumes (namely a collection of short fiction from this year, a novel I've been working on, and possibly penning a memoir of sorts this summer).
Next year I'll be a freshman at University of Central Florida, where I'll continue writing in my spare time but not on an academic level.
I've won a few local awards for my writing and have seen a bit of cash flow from it, but I don't think I'll ever pursue it as a career or even a side-job.
