Lori E. Mazzola was born in Alaska. She speaks French and English. Her first language was French, because her mother and grandmother came to the United States from Canada. At five years of age, her family moved from Alaska to California. Her only sister died of cancer when she was a year old. Her parents were divorced after her sister died.
Lori was on tall flags in middle school, and a cheerleader in high school.Lori graduated from highschool. She then went on to become a certified Microsoft solution provider for application software, and she is also licensed in massage therapy.
Lori is also internationally known for her poetry. Requisitioned by Noble House, she has been published in four different anthologies, twilight musings, Songs of Honor, Best Poems and Poets of 2005, and Collected Whispers. Her first children’s book was released in November of 2006. She has also received the editor’s choice award and the Noble House poet fellowship award for her poetry in 2007
