I've been writing poetry since I could sing.. Off-key mind you, that tone deafness is reflected in my writes. I do it for pleasure, I do it to breath, I do it because I love it.
I never worried much about what other people thought but I woke up recently and decided I had something to say, something to share, I want people to know that you have a sister out there who sees you and sees herself beside you in this thing called life. Maybe that seems silly and not so sophisticated to some of you but its the truth in my heart. So here I am trying to reach out. Hoping that you enjoy my window of experiences in this poetic format.
I appreciate the feedback and use it to help my writings. Sometimes I don't change a thing, some of the poems are like my ugly kid, I know their ugly and there is a million things we can do to help it out but I love it just the same~so it stays that way. ;) I do APPRECI-LOVE the input so keep it coming!
